THE MAX PROGRAM
Traditional academic support isn't always designed with competitive athletes in mind. MAX works alongside student-athletes to develop a personalized academic strategy that adapts to their athletic commitments rather than competing with them.
YOUR PERSONALIZED GAME PLAN
EVERY ATHLETE STARTS SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT.
Before ongoing support begins, MAX takes the time to understand the complete picture. The Personalized Game Plan is our assessment and onboarding process. We review the athlete's academic history, current schedule, training and travel commitments, learning needs, goals, relevant documentation and future aspirations.
This gives us a clear understanding of where the athlete is today, where they want to go and what kind of support will help them get there. From there, we can build an approach that fits the athlete rather than asking the athlete to fit into a predetermined system.
WHAT WE LOOK AT:
- ACADEMIC HISTORY
- SCHOOL SCHEDULE
- SPORT COMMITMENTS
- LEARNING NEEDS & STYLE
- future goals
WHO DOES MAX HELP?
STUDENT ATHLETES
Competitive sport demands a level of commitment that doesn't always align with traditional school expectations. MAX empowers student-athletes to take control of their academics through personalized coaching that adapts to the realities of their sport.
FAMILIES
Supporting a competitive athlete's education can become a significant responsibility for families. MAX takes on the day-to-day academic coordination, giving parents greater peace of mind while keeping them informed and involved in their athlete's progress.
COACHES
Athletes perform at their best when their academic responsibilities are well managed. MAX works alongside coaches to reduce the pressures of balancing school with competitive sport, allowing athletes to stay focused on their training without compromising their education.
THE RIGHT SUPPORT LOOKS DIFFERENT FOR EVERY ATHLETE.
Some athletes need help building stronger organizational habits and staying accountable to a plan. Others may benefit from more frequent academic support, progress monitoring and communication.
That is why MAX offers three levels of support, allowing the experience to reflect the athlete's individual needs.
Rather than asking families to choose a package before they understand what they need, we use the initial consultation and Personalized Game Plan to help determine which level of support makes the most sense.
01
FOUNDATIONAL SUPPORT
For athletes who need structure, planning and accountability to help keep school organized around sport.
02
ENHANCED SUPPORT
For athletes who benefit from more frequent academic guidance and ongoing support.
03
